Cloud 9 Bolognese for a crowd

We use sauce from a jar around here… but we snaz it up and make it wonderful!

Ingredients:

2 packages ground beef of your choice

3 jars of marinara sauce (We use Newman’s organic Marinara)

Chopped white onion

Chopped yellow pepper

Large jar of grilled red peppers

Large jar of artichoke hearts

Half a jar sun-dried tomatoes

Scallons

3 handfuls fresh spinach chopped

Dried oregano

Dried basil

Salt and pepper

(Sometimes we add garlic and sometimes not)

Brown beef in a stock pot, add sauce, mix well. Add stuffed veggies, bring to a boil and then simmer.

We serve this over penne with crusty bread and butter.

We also love mozzarella cheese melted on top.
